Andrea Ramos opened the first Compass preschool in 2013 at home, to provide a high-quality early learning experience for her kids. Word of her passion and expertise spread, and her waiting list grew.

Inspired to expand, she opened Compass locations in Cottonwood Heights (May 2015), Murray (October 2018), Midvale (February 2020), and Sandy (August 2021).
